APPLICATION FORM REGISTRATION INSTRUCTION
On the home page of the Atiba University, Oyo, Nigeria website

Visit https://portal.atibauniversity.edu.ng

• Click on 2019/2020 Application form
• Old Users should Login with their Jamb Number or JUPEB Numbber and Surname.
• New Users should click on click here to purchase form link
• Under category select UTME, DE or JUBEP
• Click on Continue to make payment. After successful payment an application number will be generated for JUPEB candidate to login with while UTME and DE Students will login with their JAMB Registration number.

NB: if payment is not successful and money has been deducted click on the Click here to revalidate payments link at the top of the above form and read the instruction carefully.

After successful Login click Fill Form Link to complete Application form.

After completing the application form
Print Receipt and Completed Application form
